1. How it Works
When you subscribe to "Snail Mail (Taylor's Version)," you are signing up for a recurring monthly subscription. Each month, you will receive a curated envelope of art and stationery inspired by the songs of Taylor Swift.  

2. What’s Included
Every month, your envelope will contain: A Love Letter, a signed 5x7" art print (varied media: oil, acrylic, or digital), a surprise bonus print and a sticker or mystery item

3. Billing & Payments

Price: You will be charged $9.00 USD per month.

Timing: This is an auto-renewing subscription. Your payment method will be automatically charged once a month on the same day you initially subscribed.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Cost: Shipping is free and sent via untracked mail.

Schedule: New subscribers can join anytime to receive the following month's rewards. We are a small business, please allow standard delivery times for untracked mail to arrive at your doorstep.

5. Cancellation & Skips
We know life happens! You have full control over your subscription:

Skip a Month: If you need a break, you can skip a delivery through your customer portal without cancelling your entire subscription.

Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees.

6. Return Policy

This is a non refundable subscription. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will do our best to correct it.
